Installing the Borg

    Installing the borgeson gear box into my maverick with only a few issues. First the column needs to be removed and shortened 2" inches. Second the firewall needs to be trimmed up. The rag joint meets right at the firewall and strikes in a few spots. After a session with the angle grinder its all good except for one issue. The firewall has a gap around the column so after a flash of insight I decided to use a universal shift boot to cover the gap. pics

    Never had any intrest in Sci-Fi or the Treks. Never watch them. Don't have a clue to what they have to do w/ installing the Borg.
    My only intrest here is to see what relates to the reason for starting this thread -- Installing the Borg. PERIOD.
