have you guys heard of them? they have good deals on a set of 4. im trying to find the best 17" wheels w/ deep dish. http://www.americanmuscle.com/replicawheels.html what would you guys choose?
As in finish or width of wheel? I would get 17x8 but whether you get black or chrome depends on your car.
How much do they knock off if you buy 4? Individually their prices are the same as the ones from Ford Racing, except their centers are pretty ugly compared to the stock ones. But you can always buy Maverick/Comet center decals to cover the centers It looks like those come in late model mustang offsets, which are usually 24+. And not really deep dish, and they wont fit on your comet without spacers. Now texas grabber sells the bullit wheels in the more vintage size, which is generally 0 offset. And it would put the spokes right in the middle, so those would be considered "deep dish". And they'll fit without spacers, which usually run $300 for a set of 4. http://www.parts123.com/parts123/yb.dll?parta~dyndetail~Z5Z5Z50000081b~Z5Z5Z5AAEGW~P154.95~~~~S39Z1CBUGP19224821506a~Z5Z5Z5~Z5Z5Z50000081b
$300 for a set? is this correct right here? http://www.parts123.com/parts123/yb.dll?parta~partsort~A2~cadeflcb
I mean spacers to run late model wheels cost $300 per a set of 4. And the link you gave isn't working for me, they have a weird website though. I'm not sure if the link I gave you works for you lol But the ones under 66-73 mustang are the ones in 0 offset(or 4" backspace with a 8" wheel) Which will fit without spacers and you can run up to a 275mm tire(in the back). See the ones from your first link would cost around $600, then on top of that you have to buy spacers to run them. Which is another $300. The ones from texas mustangs also cost around $600 , but they don't require spacers.
