Boss 302 Stripes?

    I am thinking about painting my '72 Grabber bright red with the Boss 302 stripes, but instead of it reading Boss 302 I was thinking about Grabber 302. Any thoughts or comments?

    Id say do it!! I am not a fan of the traditional grabber stripe. it sits to low for me. I think I am going to put a Comet stripe on my Grabber, also red.

    Two styles of BOSS 302 stripes, the ugly 1970 stripe, or the nearly perfect 1969 stripe. Please clarify:stirthepot:

    You'd have to make "grabber" pretty small to fit in the same space as "Boss"

    I don't know if I want to clarify now:oops: I actually was thinking about the 1970 stripes. I think they will look better on the Maverick than the 1969 stripes.

    Yeah, the ugly stripe would fit the Mav body lines better. I'm just partial to the 69 BOSS

    i was actually thinking of doing that myself. i don't know which is the 69 and 70 but i like the one with the single side stripe and the multiple hood stripes.
