FYI....just a note to anyone looking for a rear spoiler.

I recently purchased a 2005 Mustang rear spoiler and install on my 1973 Maverick. The spoiler was nearly a perfect fit and looks great (almost OEM).

Should you wish to see how it fits? Contact me at rjs281@aol.com

I could not get the pic to load, or it would have been here.

Ah! DDB beat me to it! haha intriguing.. wouldn't mind seeing a side shot of it. When I do a spoiler, this is the general style I'm looking for

I was hoping it was the duck bill type spoiler!

    Nice car though :)

Looks good but for some reason I was thinking in my head of the factory Grabber spoiler, even thought I pretty well knew the Mustang didn't have the ducktail spoiler in 2005.

There is a way to adjust the spring that holds the trunk open so it has more tension on it.

You will still need to adjust it if it didn't have one. If you have a 4 door you may have trouble finding a ducktail spoiler cause they were designed for the 2 door..

I have a 2005 GT spoiler and a 2007 GT500 "duckbill" spoiler, if someone is interested in one or both.
