I'll talk photography with ya anytime. We just won't talk about filters:rofl2:With digital there is very little need for filters except for IR or UV photography anyway.

so you would think, but start talking about intentionally blurring a prop for motion sake and making the background blur for sense of movement and they get all snooty about some $300 filter you should have had and what a worthless jerk you are.... nuff said though, thats why i spend my time here where even someone who disagrees with what someone does to their mav will still say "looks good on yours though" instead of trying to get you banned because you have something different... I like the chin spoiler BTW!

    ***UPDATE*** ***UPDATE*** ***UPDATE***

O.K.....Here is an update. I went to a swap meet this weekend and talked to the vendor I got the spoiler from. Here is who sells them:

    Tony D. Branda Performance
    Located in Pennsylvania
    www.cobranda.com

    800-458-3477

Here is what a Shelby person told me at the swap meet. 1970 Shelby's are actually left over 1969 Shelby's with a 1970 VIN. The front spoiler is only available on the 1970 Shelby's. So to be correct...this is actually a 1970 Shelby front spoiler.

The salesperson told me that the company that made this front spoiler has gone out of business, and that this plastic spoiler is no longer available. I think he said they have a few left in the shop, so if you want one...better contact them.

They now have another company making this front spoiler. It is now made out of fiberglass and I believe he said it is smooth (mine has a texture to it). The fiberglass one is cheaper than the plastic one was. They are looking for a company to make them in plastic. Still have not found one yet.

He also said that these spoilers are very popular with the Maverick crowd. :)

    1969-70 Shelby Front Chin Spoiler
    Part #: SFS2
    Your Price: $89.95

There a difference between the 70 Shelby spoiler and a plain 70 Mustang spoiler?

That is a nice car and the spoiler gives it a more perfomance look to me.

I know this is an older thread, but for those of you looking for a chin spoiler as mentioned by Craig, I sent a message today 9/12/2011 and this was their response.
We are hoping to have the plastic spoiler back in later this fall.
    Thank you;
    Branda Performance Inc.

So ck them out; I believe if you contact them and leave your name and email etc they will contact you when they come in. Special note: No price mentioned at this time by them.
Good luck all--AND Craig, I LIKE IT! Thanks for sharing. Do you have a stand off pic you can post; one that you would see when you walk up on her? I'd love to see that.
    Thanks

Are you talking about a straight on shot from the front?

I'd like to see the front as one might walk up on your car. With that said, the front of the car can be seen with the rest of, or a portion of, the car to give us the entire look of the spoiler as it sits on the car.
At least to see the angle of the spoiler as it sits on the car. I'm really torn whether it will look too straight for me or like some like an open lip down on the ground. A Side shot of the car would be cool too. If and when you get a chance--don't kill yourself. Just thinking about getting one for mine. BTW, hope to be finished with the outside body and paint on mine by next week. :dancing:
