What does the Power Steering pump look like, I think mine is missing? HELP

    74 Maverick - 82 Ford Ranger,one of the first ones made!
    Mind you I'm not saying this is correct, but I have used regular ATF in my power steering for years! I had a Ford man tell me the F-fluid must be used in the original C4's for the clutch packs, but it was fine to use standard ATF in the power steering system. It has no kind of clutches or bands to wear as the trans does. I haven't had any problem with mine,- - - - - yet. :huh:

    I purchased my 70 maverick from a guy that modified it for racing. Even replaced the fuel tank and placed it in the truck with a lighter one.
