grill emblem

    Could anyone tell me how to attach the grill emblem on a 70 mav? I have tried to search but I have not had much luck. Thanks :hmmm:

    Just two nuts on the back. Pretty easy to do. Unless yours is broke and you are missing parts of it.

    Mine does not have a place for nut's to thread on.I was thinking some sort of grommit or something. I guess i need to find out what piece im missing.

    The back of your emblem is missing. You should be able to install it with a panel bond adhesive. Good old 3m. I love the stuff!!!

    The grille medallion coming off the mounting plate seems to be an issue. I'm sort of worried about mine coming off....I need to check it and make sure it's secure.

    Yep your missing the back mount. I screwed/glued a new one onto mine. You have to put a new back on or glue it strait to the grille.
