That's something i had to keep telling myself Craig, but after all the time i've put in i just want her to be as flawless as i can possibly get her. The LF door and fender are not original to the car, they came off my first resto, the one that got totaled a month after i had finished it. That may be what's giving me fits, not sure but i should eventually get it figured out. :cussing:

Craig I think youve asked that question 4 times in this thread and he's answered it twice. He's 4 hours from you :rofl2:

Heres some picks of a Fairlane i started on while i was saving funds up for the Mav, this one is being built for my boy, '67-500. I dug it out from underneath a willow tree, i am thinking i would have been better off to just have left it there for background scenery.

I'm trying to figure out a way to upload a video of the car running, its giving me fits, new camera is making me run in circles with its format, it records in MVI, any suggestions ? I would really like for you guys to hear the car, the kit i used in the bottom end lists as 13:5:1 compression, it's a beast.

Might be easier to load it to YouTube and just supply a link.

I was having trouble getting it to a format that would work with youtube, i got it figured out though. I made a lil movie while i was at work today, the boss keeps asking me if i'm going to do anything productive, my response, sheeshs i thought showing up today would have been enough to make em happy. Guess not, i'll wait till i get home to upload to youtube and link to here, stay tuned. (y) :drive:

READ THIS BEFORE YOU WATCH THE VIDEO PLEASE !

Ok, i made this video of me starting the car, BUT this is not the way the car sounds now, when i first fired it i had to use 1 MUFFLER from a 1986 Couger and the other MUFFLER is some kind of autozone junk, the car now has 3' pipes going into flow 40 series 3' mufflers.

Also, the part of the video where i start it up was made for a buddy of mine, he has been all over me about this car since the day i started on it, so there is some ( maybe 3 ) fowl words used in the video.

    Hope it works.

I would start a new thread in the project section.
