Put the car outside this morning and cleaned the floor in the shop up again..... After that I got a couple pic's out in the sun and then put the car back up on the rotissorie so I can finish the engine compartment and underside..... I think I will also wet sand and buff it before I take it back off the rotissorie since it's so easy to get at everything when you can roll the car at all angles..... Here it is sitting out side first thing..... Here it is in the sun..... and back up on the rotissorie.....
Thanks..... Thank you, I'm pretty happy with the color myself..... The rear hooks up to the factory leaf spring bushing holes in the rear frame rails with brackets I made, the front mounts to a set of 4" angle iron brackets the bolt where the stock front bumper brackets bolt..... Thanks.....
Is that the Chrysler electric blue?? Looks like our trucks and dakotas. Its a real nice color either way. Looks great in the sun!!!!
I know my car is not quite that bright, I couldn't tell you if it's supposed to be that electric blue or not although some of there colors have factory names..... and thanks..... ' Thanks.....
LOL I LOVE THAT COLOR!! if you look close it's the same color as my race car =) although ours looks alittle darker with the flames etc. Did you paint the front fenders at the same time??
Thanks, and nothing but the shell is painted right now..... I really don't have the room to paint everything apart at the same time..... Hopefully everything will match when it's all said and done...... Thanks.....
Got the underside and underhood sanded and ready for chassis paint..... I masked all the holes in the floor and firewall..... Then I sanded, masked and painted the interior panel between the package tray and rear window..... Here is the underside and underhood areas after sanding..... Here is the interior panel I painted.....
A little birde told me you were coming down, I'll have my Camaro camo in place so you shouldn't have any interest in it..... Seriously though, you are more then welcome to come by and look at this pile when your down here.....
