Bought a new dome light assembly out of a later Ford out of the wrecking yard. Since a housing for the original is $150.00 and the same unit with more modern guts was only $10.00 it seamed like a good deal!

Took out the bench seats and ripped out all the interior flooring. Dash gets it next, than to tackle the rust inside too.

I installed the starter, the gas tank and got it running...I ordered leaf springs, and a grant steering wheel...I'm putting 15" on the reaer and 14" on the front....a mild rake look.

Had the day off, took my kid to school, went by one of my best friends dads shop.
He didn't even notice it was me in the car until i poked my head out.
He gave her the once over, told me I did good then let me know what she needed.
I put air in the front tires, haha

Started it. Let it come up to temp.
Worked on the battery tray. It still looks like crap but I painted it so it looks like shiny crap.

Fooled around with cooling system on my 2 door, no prevail.

Mounted Cowl back up top (4 door) after class today. Drying as we speak.
Next will be mounting rear end back and prepping body for paint.
