He is a very nice guy to deal with. I have seen those four door quarters on Ebay. I would love to find quarters for my coupe. I have inquired with them about them 2 door quarters and they are keeping me on their list should they come across any.

Honestly...not much as of now. I am getting my other car ready for the indoor car shows right now. Once done I hope to spend some time working on the Maverick and getting something done with the spoilers.

Just reading through your post and i am amazed with your engine bay. Kind of curious if it would be possible to get a copy of your plan for the inner fender supports.
    Thanks in advance

Not exactly sure what you mean by inner fender supports? Those aprons are something I had custom made, and that's all there will be. I have no plans for a monte carlo bar if that is what you are asking.

I threw out my patterns for the aprons that I had given the fab guy. If you are really going to have some made I could make another set off of what I have.

    No problem.

The patterns were easy to make. I already had the shock towers cut out. I then used poster board to make the pattern with. I took a ton of measurements and then bent/folded the poster board to the shape I needed. Take your time and make sure it fits exactly like you want it to. I then gave that to the fab shop and he bent them up for me.

I have been planning to making my own spoiler, but if yours turns out the way I think it will. I will probably want one like many others.

    My new wheels are here!!

I finally received my new wheel and tire package today. I love it when either FedEx or UPS stops at the house.

I ordered a set of Billet Specialties Vintec Dish rims with the smooth lip. All mounted and balanced on new BFG tires. I chose these first off because I love them, and secondly because to me they have a classic timeless look. I hate modern looking or styled wheels that five years after getting them they look dated and are out of style.

Fronts are 17x7's and the rears are 18x8's.

    Hope you like them......

fronts are 225/45ZR17's and the rears are 255/45ZR18's

I probably could have gone larger in the rears, but was being cautious. If they are too small I can swap them out at a later date.

Glenn, I love those wheels. As soon as I saw those it made me remember I have a set of 3 bar knock offs from Carriage Works if you might be interested. They are billet and go where that center that holds the lug covers in place. I'll try and post a couple pics.

those are SWEET. I know how you feel about wheels. When I got mine I got them because they looked like a new version of th eold slotted mags but in polished aluminum and with a smooth center. Some say they dont like them but i cant picture my car with anything else.
