What is the best way to get this looking the way it should again? The guy I bought it from, let his grand kids play on top of the car..... It's going to be very hard push it out from under as the frame cage is in the way. What are your thoughts? Just sand it and fill it?

What are you doing? Making a show car, or just a daily driver? A pin spotter would help getting the dent out, then it'll need to be filled with something.
A pin spotter, welds little studs to the metal, that you can pull on, to remove the dent.

Well, hopefully, a little bit of both. A daily driver that looks good, lol.

Really now? Well, maybe I'm not too far. I'm in East TN.

Stud welder. I'd be worried about damaging/igniting the headliner or insulation though.

Find a "paintless dent remover" in the local yellow pages and see what they think.

Well, since I've already ripped the headliner out, that shouldn't be a problem anymore, lol.

Are they pretty reasonable on their prices? At the most, there are 6-8 small dents in the top. 4-6 dents throughout the the fender and trunk.

Since your headliners out...I would just go inside the car and peck out the heavy dings with a body hammer. Then go up top and sand the roof, bondo smooth across, sand, prime, sand, and prime, and sand, and sand, and sand, and paint.

Not much room to get in there from the underside, but you might get lucky.

100% correct. Just about impossible to get up under. As the frame is RIGHT there. If only it had been a few inches back....

I think I'd put the car on a trailer/drive it to Joe Dirts place and let him have at it.
I had "Dent Pro" take a very nasty dent out of the side of my 08 Dodge Ram (when my wife opened her door into the rear door of the Ram.....didn't even scratch the Toyota metal but sure made a dent in my door) anyway called them and guy comes out and tells me that on a scale of 1 to 10 it's a 9, and he will do his best...........I went into the house for about 20 minutes and when I came out you couldn't even see where the dent had been. It cost me $95 to have it removed and it was worth every penny. I also had him look at the Maverick as it has some very small dents on the top of the fenders where it looked like people (maybe me) had put their elbows..............and he said he wouldn't do it because the paint was so old he couldn't promise that when he pulled the dents out the paint would also be removed.........they do use heat just like JoeDirt suggested..................but that is an art...........and I'm not a body guy.....................IMHO
