I cleaned it up for the first time in years. Actually cleaned up the engine bay too. I didnt have time to actually WASH the car, but it wasnt too dirty. I used the car duster and picked up some Eagle 1 Wipe and Shine on the way to the meet. It worked great cleaning off the water spots and suff and left a nice little shine with very little effort. I have a new favorite product.

Wow - that's probably $10K worth of engine and upgrades in a 4-door (nothing wrong w/ grannie's ride, just saying) and you have 13 other Mavericks???

I spent a entire day looking for kick panel speakers for under $20, and had to up my budget to $30 to get ones that (hopefully) fit without mods.

Please don't take this wrong...but I'd sure like to know what some of you guys do for a living 'cause I'm obviously in the wrong business...

Mocked up a 20 gallon fuel cell from cardboard. After seeing the guys Mavs up on the dyno yesterday, I realized the gas tank location will interfear with moving the rear leaves inboard 3".

I transfered the license off of mine to my new truck....figured it'd be a bit before I needed them on there anyway.

It was a beautiful day here so I took her out for a drive! I had a lot of nice comments from some bikers that are here for bike week! Seems like a whole lot of folks remember Mavericks, but can't remember the last time they saw one! :)

I worked on her yesterday for the first time since THANKSGIVING. Life has been way too complicated for my liking these past few months.

The Mav looked almost elated to be sitting in the sunlight again.
