My buddy's dad has an all original Maverick, not sure what year, but it has headlight lenses that have thin black grid lines (usually theres no lines). These look way meaner and I want them! Trouble is, he says it was a dealership option and I can't find any anywhere I've looked. Any ideas how I can get some, or any other information you might know? Thanks!

Pictures would help a bunch, because I have no idea what you are describing. :)

You can buy 7" headlight stone guards (screens)... but I don't know if those will fit with the headlight trim ring. Or maybe he is referring to tri-bars?

I've got blue dot tri-bar halogens on mine. IIRC, they were ~ $45 each...

You can see in this picture the lenses are gridded as usual, but the grid lines are painted black or something. Any ideas where I can get these or how I should recreate them?

You can get them on ebay pretty cheap you just need to verify the diamater of the headlights i believe it is 7 inches (I cant remember what they are right now)

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/CHROME-ston...Parts_Accessories&hash=item2a1ba29882&vxp=mtr

here is one but there are allot of them on ebay some cheaper some more expensive just look up stone guard 7" there are a couple hundred matches for that phrase or Headlight stone guard.. that one might be easier
