I'm looking for GT emblems that I can use in place of my maverick emblems. It's a 1970 mav. I'm going to use a 67 mustang GT gas cap, but the front emblem has me stumped. I would like the lettering to be black. I found a center emblem piece from a 70 torino gt online, but I can't find the dimensions of it anywhere. It looks like it may be a tad small. Does anyone have any experience with this type of issue?

I may use those on the side, but I'm looking for something for the front in particular. Right in the center of the grill.

I have a couple of the Brazillian GT grille emblems - I think this is what you are looking for. :)

Don't I have some of the neatest, cool parts in all of Maverickland ...............

I just like to see everyone drool ...........

I'm not 100% sure I'll sell them yet. Probably will, at least 1 of the 2 that I have.

I obtained these about 5 years ago from Brazil. They are a bit different from USA ones. 1st off, they have a slightly different mounting screw location which would require a couple new holes being drilled to get it centered on the grilles mounting pedestal. Not very difficult but something that would need to be done to mount onto a USA grille. 2nd - they are cast out of a fiberglass composite material instead of metal like the US ones. Advantage is they will not pit or separate from the backing plates like the US ones do. Disadvantage is they are not real chrome.
Overall they look really cool mounted on a grille - definitely something different.

I know I paid like $50 for one - which is still less than 1/2 of what an NOS USA one sells for. Just not 100% sure I want to sell yet ........ :)
