I will be meeting Power Tour in Miami,OK and continuing on to Stillwater, OK then to Arlington, TX. I'll be in my 72 Grabber and my buddy will be in his 67 Mustang Convertible. Maybe we could hook up with some other members from here.
I wish ... did three of them '98-'00. It was a lot of fun, but exhausting. A board member Cometized is planning on it, the last time I contacted him.
Chip is on the mend. Sounds like he is doing much better. I don't think he built another car, so much as perhaps he had one in mothballs that we didn't see as much as the other two.
Good to know! When I read about his cars, I sent him a letter but never got a reply. If you speak to him, say hello from me...
The kick off is around Detroit, so I was thinking I mightt it'll all depend on work, we've been pretty busy these days and its hard to get away.
That is some thing I have thought about many times but hasn't worked out for various reasons. The problem for me is that I have to drive across the country just to start and the across the country to get back home. Sounds like a good time though.
I'll try to make it in Arlington, TX. I won't have my car there. But, I'll meet up with the Mav guys. Rick
They look fun as hell, but it's always on the wrong coast. I wanna try out the CarCraft cruise sometime though.
Demmitt..not sure if we will go thru Tulsa...prob not I have been on PT from Memphis to Little Rock in 07 and Little Rock to Springfield in 08. That was in my 69 Camaro that I sold. It'll be the Maverick first PT. Its awesome, like a huge rolling car show. Usually take smaller highways, people stopped everywhere at gas stations, food places, etc. I can't wait. I hope to see some of ya'll there.
well it looks like if you go from miami to still water id use i44 then transfer to the 412 .... im maby 5 mi from 412
Hey demmitt I am not sure of any route yet, usually take smaller highways, at least when I've gone before they did. Im all for getting together somewhere.
