Hi everyone! Just a quick introduction: I don't own a Maverick or Comet, but I really like their lines. This won't make a lot of sense, but when I can't sleep, I occupy my mind with a car build. This is my stress release when I've had a bad day. I noticed that lately I've been thinking on the maverick. I must say that with the light weight combined with the torque producing small blocks out now, it would make for a hell of a project! I grew up on Ford and feel a bit of nostalga when lurking around here and seeing such beautiful specimens. I don't know if I'll ever have the time to build one (travel too much), but I'll always keep an eye out and let you guys know if I locate an orphan that needs a good home. I prefer to see good cars go to someone that will appreciate them, then go to the crusher! Anyway, I'm sure I'll learn lots from you fine folks and hope to talk to you soon!
