Removed the hoodscoop

Couldnt find the one I watched. Those were more informitave than the one I watched. The second one is more along the line of what I did. Only I started with black base then the silver, then sprayed some real thin black over everything. Next time I will use a smaller peice of liner. Grabber hood has to many contours for a large sheet.

I think it turned out pretty good, as you said alot of contours on your hood.

Would love to see someone do it to a whole maverick, would be interesting.
I am still not sure you could match maverickmans lovely carbon fiber hood..but if you didn't have that installed to compare it too

 

Put the hood on today. Sure looks better than the other one

 

Really changes the look of the car.

I agree, almost makes me want to paint the whole thing black... Maybe if I end up keeping it...

I like that idea! Gives me some ideas for some small parts......now where did I put that drawer liner?
