What did you do to your Maverick or Comet today

    I have a 71&74 maverick
    bought the paint to redo the decepticon emblems in purple,plus i'm gonna change all the black purple,and take my first shot at painting with a gun.so for now it will be black and purple. I also came up with the bright idea to leave the decepticon emblems& i'm going to fill in the side marker lights and cut out the inner lines of the emblems,make custom lenses and the plan is to have the emblem light up for the side marker/turn signal.It's gonna be TIGHT once it's all figured out maverick_016_original.jpg

    The bracket is the ground. The other wire feeds the other horn.

    Ok thanks, mine is totally different. Might have been for a export Saudi Arabian Crown Vic, I ended up with some pretty weird parts.

    Changed the colum shifter link bushings because i got tired of them popping out, met up with jamie and got a stock steering wheel and aircleaner

    mine have one 12V wire going to each horn. it grounds through the mount. I did run a ground wire from the mounting bolt to the radiator support...(y)

    are those the tabs that screw onto it for neutral safety switch and rev. lights? i didn't read the instructions when i originally put mine on and broke both the tabs on them :(
