Yes it mounted to my deck, but thats how it would fit on the chassis, so im have'ing trouble as you can see the bumper would never be level and id have to do some serious bending. If there correct let me know ,the brackets that I have are 1972's and im a lil frustrated Bumper is fiberglass 70/72 year. I resolved the rear bracket problem, I put the original bumper on and it fits like the new fiberglass one so im good, front on the other hand..

From a quick glance, it looks like your inner bracket is bent UPWARD. The top of the bracket should be a straight line from front to back.

Anyone with some photos would be helpful. Thinking of sending bumpers back at this point..

There are some NOS brackets on Ebay, you'll be able to compare yours with.

Ok did find that bracket on ebay, not much help other than there is one more hole drilled and my outiers looked like a comet I stumbled across. Did a lot of searching last night a good 4hrs+ but nothing. Anywas here is my next question and a picture to fallow. Should the flatest surface of the bracket be bent, in the photo you can see a big arc or bend they are both this way.

    Thanks for any info!

ya you do have some bent brackets, they should all be straight except for a single bend near the mounting points on the car(big holed side)

ya looks like your inside bracket is definitively bent, you probably straighten them out in a vice without to much trouble. good luck
