    i got into my car for the usually trip to town today. i left home no problems got to the end of the road to turn on to the main high way, as i massed the brakes to stop pedal was hard then to the floor it went. i barly got it to stop before i ran out into traffic. i got out looked and the passagers side had a big puddle of brake fluid under it :16suspect so the wheel cylinder blowed out.....i see a disk brakes set up under my maverick in a few days :cool:


    any quick tips

    no the maverick was getting disk brakes but i just hadnt got to it yet

    well it kinda hard to drive the car when it dosnt have wheels lol yea iv got 7 wheels that came with the comet

    the ebrake isnt hooked up

    yea but i cut most of that stuff out of my car it would be kind hard to hook it up now :rofl2:

    well iv got most of the front end just about tour out from under the car. :woohoo1:
    if it wasnt so hot i would done have my car all the way apart :whip:

    im half way done with the disk brakes swap im just waiting on upper ball joints seam there hard to find :huh: but they should be here monday

    I ust finished my disc swap on the front. Haven't been able to test them out yet cuz the car is still not driveable. Can't wait to give'em a go

    lets just say that they are a big differences from drums to disk brakes :dance::dance::dance: but iv got a brake that is sticking :hmmm: but i think i might have figured it out
