after today....im just not sure if the hooker's were worth it..the fight? oh my god..what a joke. was easy enough to get them in place but trying to get them flush with the pass side head was a joke...then tranny fluid lines, getting them done up..another joke. but the motors in and i need bigger bolts for the PS pump as the holes in my heads are a 1/2" coarse thread..sogotta search for that tomorrow..then put the carb/fuel system on, new gas..then a start uppp! hopefully monday?! or late tomorrow if i find everything..might just weld nuts on ready-rod to make custom bolts if i can't find any for now actually.

yesterday I took the air hose and blew out the shop. then took the water hose and wet the floor down. followed by putting down some soap and taking a push broom and scrubbing the floor. washed it out with the hose, then mopped the water up.
I had on my swim trunks and with all the overspray from the hose, it made it a good job for a 109 degree day...:sweep:

Either that or find the $ and pay someone to fix it :yup:

Got something very valuable today - incentive to get back to work on it :party5:

I met up with Jean & Dale Doll at a car show just south of Hazleton Pa. and worked out an initial plan to get my car painted orange - parts might just begin heading 30 miles south to Palmerton soon

Cleaned up some loose wires, hooked up the clock in the consolette, and remounted my tach for the trip.
