What a great week! So many people to thank. I'll try to catch a few, but certainly not all inclusive.
    • The Hahn family, for their top-notch hospitality and generosity.
    • Ruth & Don, for all their hard work and organization.
    • Mike Harrison, for the Maverick goodies and endless supply of cheese throughout the week.
    • Ward & Bruce, for dedicating and saving a parking space for me, when parking was at a premium.
    • Misty Phillips for finding a place to keep my stuff dry during the evening rain storm. :)
    • Jim Allen, for home-made ice cream and for striping the parking lot.
    • Steve Bucksken, for arranging for his uncle, Edsel and his cousin to play for us at the railroad outing. They remind me of the Soggy Bottom Boys. :)
    • Thomas Sellers for an endless supply of laughter.
    • The makers of Five-Hour Energy drink, it got me home.

We had a great family vacation at the Gathering. As always, it was nice catching up w/ everyone and I look forward to it again in the future. A special thanks to the Hahn family, they went above and beyond what anyone expected of them.

Just checking in, sitting in a motel in Forest City, Arkansas, taking our time going home.

The Gathering was by far the best event I have ever attended, Somerset is a beautiful city, the Hahns and everybody that is associated with the MCG in Somerset are top notch people and are a tough act to beat.

What can I say about ALL the people that I met that attended the event---- well I guess I now have a new great big family :) Thank you to each and everyone of you for your hospitality. The only thing I dont like is I think I gained a few too many pounds from all the food.

My car sits low on the car trailer and I used to be able to open the door just enough to squeeze myself out, after all the food I have to roll the window down and Dukes of Hazards myself out the window.

The Cheeseman shall return, my new nickname given to me by Mitchell, Allan Sellars son

Here are a few pics I took at the Gathering. http://www.1bad6t.com/6thAnnualMCGGathering/index.html

I had too much fun the last few days. It was nice to finally put a face to the names and meet a bunch of great people. All though I didn't know them personally, I feel like I know them all my life. The Hahn brothers and family really went all the way hosting a remembering event…they raised the bar for sure and I can’t see how it can be beat. The food was plenty and taste great…(the BBQ was the best I ever had ).

There sure is. I've been lazily uploading things to Facebook at the moment. I've got the day off tomorrow to get caught up.

Well I'm home safe ,hope to go to all gatherings from now on, missed a few I wanted to meet, like blugene, and joe dirt, loved seeing all the cars, even got to go to race track....and thanks for help and hospitality from the hahn family and members,I've been to a lot of other type club gratherings, but I think this by far was the best car club with the nicest members, with lots of family activities,my son is hooked and ready for nest year...and my wife also
