Handed the keys over to my 18 year old son. The boy will drive the car to help me with work and then it will be his to drive to college and enjoy. Still doing a lot to the car (2bbl carb, ac, stereo, etc), but it is his. Now to start work on the 70 for my 14 year old.

Yeah neighbor hood has gone down..heck town has in last 10 years.
I moved my car to my fathers...hopefully that stuff will not happen anymore.
I am moving next month so happy to get out of this place :bouncy:

On a brighter note I got a quote on fixing my frigging flywheel/flexplate.
$320 was cheapest. I can't find one for the auto c4 anywhere but they can it seems. Then it will be drive-able again till tires get replaced...still using junkyard wheels after the tire slashing lol.

200 cid, c4 transmission. I need the gear that is behind the starter, I assume as its not a manual transmission it was called a flex plate.
I have also heard it called starter ring gear, flywheel and a torque gear.
I am sure that whoever said torque gear was mistaken. Have heard the others names alot though.

    Drove it around a bit.

Waiting for the stuff to come to finish cutting and buffing the paint....thought about new seats....window tint...getting scratches out of the glass, removing all the chrome for powdercoating....

    basically...just drove it :)
