Ford 302 block for Dart mock-up?

    This may be a stupid question, but since I have no experience with it I will ask.

    Can I use a Ford 302 block to mock up driveline angles, steering clearances, transmission mounts, etc even though I am planning on using a Dart block? I assume that I can... but I would hate to make brackets, etc and have them not work later.

    I certainly don't see where you would have a problem doing that as long as it is the same deck height. Most of the brackets bolt to the water pump or head. Might want to PM Bruce (XPSSNAKE) he is running a Dart block

    Good point. I am pretty sure I will be sticking to the same deck height. I may get in contact with Bruce when I have more specific questions. Thanks!
