    Good news Gene.

    My car needs a shake down too. It hasnt left the garage under its own power since March or so. It runs and has tags now, just gotta move some crap out of the way. COuld there be 3 mavericks at bell rd? 4 if Joe comes, 6 if the other two show up that were there last week? that would be unreal.

    The first meet had 6 or 7 Mavericks, that will be a tough one to beat.

    I spent every last cent I had to get the car back together so it is doubtful that I will be able to make this gala event. :cry: :cry: I'm saving my pennies to make it to Speedworld on October 13th. Plus it will probably rain anyway. But just in case the seas part and I can make it...what time are you guys planning to arrive?

    Gene you need to get some shake down miles on it before going racing. I usually get there around sundown or a little after depending on how hot it is.

    No rain in sight. Just pulled the mav out in the driveway and wiped it down. Lets see if tonight convinces me to keep it or sell it to buy a mostly completed FFR kit car for a sweet deal. selling the truck will get me most of what I need but if I sell both I can buy it and finish it nice. been racking my brain since I was offered the Cobra last night.

    I dont, but make sure you get the right one. The package tray cars use a different bezel then the glove box cars. Might want to check out Ecology, there was 3 or 4 mavericks there last i checked.

    I'm at ecology now. So far no mavericks but I did find a 73,74? ranchero with front disk. those should work on our mavericks correct?
