I read this from Gene but didnt read who he quoted. My first thought was he was referring to me making excuses why I didnt install my shifter boot in time for the meet. Is it bad that I automatically assume I am the subject of his ribbing? Or am I self conscious because I already expect me not to have it done in time?

I did quote you in the post before I quoted Gene. Did you not read the quoted part like I didnt when I read gene's quote?

 

Did you read the quote of the quoted thread that I had quoted last time I made a quoted response.

 

I think my head is about to explode. I want to go back to SEMA, it was safer in Vegas.

I was hoping to have my fender and rosker panel fixed by now. Almost a month now and still dont have the full report from Haggerty so It cant get in the shop yet. Not too happy with the service so far. But atleast I have a new windshield in it now.

 

As long as I don't get any unexpected assignments I plan on making the trip up for the meet. I won't have a maverick with me since its a race car but it will be good to put faces and hopefully cars to the names of you guys who are on here all the time.

You could stop by Don's place on the way and grab one of his cars. I think he has a spare one or two.

 

Do you think he will notice if I don't bring it back?

 

Just take a maverick hotwheel and leave it closer to the house window then where the car was parked. He may not notice the difference.
