    Thanks!!

the reason that I took the glove box ...

First is that I am a little loco! ..nuts :p
    ...I never use glove box,
....Mavericks in Brazil never existed without the glove box, then it is different here
... is one less thing to make noise...
and is missing one of the hinge grommets (more noise!) I do not find to buy.
.. and to give an appearance of racing car...I think (y):thumbs2:

I think all of us Maverick owners have a little "loco" in us :dancing:

I am going to weld in my USA required side marker lights for the same reason that you deleted your glove box - to be different :thumbs2:

the curious thing is that I have a friend that is adding USA side marker lights, because it's different here

I already suspected that all the Mavericks owners were crazy!

I just do not want to offend anyone :D:D:D

today we did the base coat in the dash..looks like it will be fine in matt black

    Your dash look great!! :thumbs2:

My plan is to have a completely smooth dash. I don't have a glove box door in mine but I do plan to weld in the ash tray and heater control holes plus remove and smooth out the headlight/wiper switch area also. All of my controls will be built into a console between the seats :)

Have only been following your build thread for a short time and did't realize you were working on more than one car.....................your 440 Challanger is really very nice!
Had a friend some 42 years ago that bought a brand new 440 Cuda with 4spd..................and it was a beast.
Looks like a "roll control" on the turn signal indicator.............or is it NO2?

    Feliz Natal

Thank you!!! Feliz Natal para voce tambem!! e para a sua familia!! :thumbs2::thumbs2::thumbs2:

I started building the Orange Maverick because all the leftover parts of the engine 302 , unless the block, (to build the 347) so I bought a new block 302.

but then I got a problem ... A brand new engine without a car!!!

So I bought a car with no engine! the Clockwork Orange! :biglaugh:
the bodywork was done..but is not perfect..I will do it again..:rolleyes::dancing::bananaman

and the Challenger .. was a dream .. never thought I could have one .. are extremely rare in my country ..in fact, I had never seen in person and did not even know there were any around here.
just after I bought it I found a few on the internet
I was lucky to find one in great condition

oh yeah..it is a BEAST!! :bouncy:

    Merry Christmas !!!!
