Only a guy that deals in high-end street rods all the time would do something like this .... Oh, nevamind .... :rofl2:

Nice score! Can't wait to see where this goes next ....

Actually the Maverick has become a parts car.....

It is really solid, but this one is going to get built on the fly(a little at a time).....

Slow down my current project, it has come to an end..... I believe it was the Ocean City Vintage Car Museum and yes he said they lost 100 cars due to damage from Sandy..... Fortunately this car wasn't in the museum when Sandy hit, the guy I bought it from was a member of the museun and had already bought it(it was at his home).....

    High end what!!!!!

Wow Frank, after all the work you've done to the other car! You've already got everything trial fitted in the car and the roll cage in and it's already painted! What are you going to do with that car?

Wow! Talk about a turn of events

I'm sure the Comet will progress just as nicely as the Maverick did - you'll have to create a brand new build thread for us to follow now (y)

Wow Frank, things are happening fast. I was so looking forward to how the first car was going to look when completed. Totally shocked to see you change gears so rapidly.

    Good luck either way.

Big turn..... I will be starting a new thread this weekend sometime for the new project.....

Sorry, hopefully someone will buy it and finish it(when I get ready to sell it).....

I get crazy like that sometimes..... I just couldn't resist the chance to start with such a pristine and sound base.....

    Thanks.....

The allure and magnetism of the beautiful Comet is too attractive for mere mortals to resist.

Well the Maverick will be gone next weekend, made a deal to sell the bare shell I could live with( I am keeping all suspension, interior and all the other stuff I bought for it)..... This gets it out of my shop and makes room for me to work.....
