Pretty upset about this, but my son seems to be okay. As he has had a spinal fusion and rods placed in his back he is seeing the doctor as a precaution.

The car was a nice survivor car, but was t-boned today. The other driver was cited and we have put a claim in with the insurance company. That being said does anyone know a good restoration/collision shop in Phoenix? If they decide to repair the car I want it done right.

Looking at a few Mavericks and Comets tomorrow so he has something to drive until it can be fixed.

Wow, glad he's ok, it can be a hard hit in an old car. Looks easily repairable.

Front wheel took initial impact. Cant tell if the suspension or frame is bent yet.

Sorry to hear about your son and car.
I've had the same kind of work done to my back, so make sure he is OK before you sign anything with the Insurance co.
I hope he's OK and the Maverick does'nt look to bad.
    Good luck.

Thanks. He saw the doctor the day if the accident. We should have the results of the scans next week. The car is pretty bad...roof is now wavy...floor is buckled. Pretty sure it will be totaled. Will keep the car anyway and use the parts from it for one of our other Mavericks. Bought our son a new Ford last night. He likes it but says it isn't a Maverick.
