    Waiting for body filler to dry... My stereo in the shop screwed up now it's silent and boring... Was sanding on the pass side quarter and found a small low spot above the wheel well..

    Also started a little work on the chevelle as well, I swear this car has been shot 20 times with a shotgun.. Small 1/8" dings EVERYWHERE but I think I just filled the last 6... Hopefully.

    Tire Clearance

    I wanted to run 9.5 X 18 inch wheels in the rear of my 77 Comet, with P255 45 18 tires, but found that they were not clearing on sharp turns. So I cut approximately 1/4" along the underside of the quarter panel. This appears to have solved the problem.

    Painted shock tower braces, found a nearly new battery tray in the 1969.5 parts car and am gonna use it in my Grabber.

    Tried to take the cluster out of the Comet, only comes out about 1/8". Gave up for now. Pulled the A/C control bezel....it broke. :mad:
