What did you do to your Maverick or Comet today

    Finally got the wheel and momentary switches...............couldn't find the flathead screws to attach the wheel to the quick disconnect...........so had to order them. It will really be nice to have the roll control and transbrake on the steering wheel..................Tomorrow the rearend goes back in the car.......tidy up the wiring and then maybe I can start the car like 71Gold...........:burnout:

    Installed brake plunger, bleed front brakes, put car on ground for first time in months.

    Painted the block and heads old ford blue with the Eastwood ceramic engine paint. Went on nice. Hardest part was cleaning the grease and dirt off. Searched the forum and used brake cleaner and a wire brush.

    Went to the Columbus Swap meet, then stopped by mrmalina99's house on the way home to give him the brake push rod he needed. Talked Mavericks, then went home. A large time was had by all. :D

    Picked up a fresh roller 306 with Pro Comp heads and some EFI goodies I'll use on my T-Bird or resell... Will have to pull the rumpy cam as I've mentioned prior I want the Comet to be smooth idle croozer...
