Removal/install beltline weatherstrip

    Is there a safe way to do this with the widow in or does it have to come out to get the extra clearance? I ha put new belt lines in my doors last year and got new doors going on after paint now.. So does the window need to come out to avoid chipping the edges Going in & out? If so I better look into taking windows out, never done it before on a Mav.

    I replaced mine with the windows in. I just rolled them down & went slow....

    remove the door panel and the rubber stop inside the door. then you can roll down the window below the beltline weatherstrip.

    your a genius! just got the bumper out got my door locks off..time to get the weatherstrip out..looks like it's going to work amazing.
