Engine bay overhaul (Pic heavy)

    I use an auto darkening, usually turned down to around 9.5. Not from Harbor Freight though. I just can't trust my eyes to HF after all the power tool failures I've had.

    I have the same problem. I have a bunch of projects coming up. Before I start, I'm going to drive down to Summit and get one of these. Maybe it will help.

    I have never seen a lite that attaches to the mig handle. I don't weld that much, but Im sure thinkin abt buying one when I place another. I have problems seeing the puddle also.

    Wow! Great work, man! When I saw the thread title, I figured it was more of a "I spent two hours with a brush and a bottle of Simple Green" thread. Very pleasantly surprised!
