Hang in there. There is one available somewhere. If someone knows of one in southern Arizona let me know. I can see about shipping it down to you.
received some new old parts today, from a guy who is looking for parts for me. only two days from when he contacted me i already got it. and he is already looking for more. its a cluster with the 220knh speedo for tody and my new old rear small bumper. needs some work and new chrome to be like new...
its DIDF-10848. why you want to know? can you tell me what year its from? the seller couldnt tell me.
you want that i oranize you one? thakes some time but possible. you want the whole cluster or just the speedo? the plastic parts are many destroyed ones, im still looking for a good bottom piece where the instruments are srewed on. the speedo would be 50-100USD plus shipping, depends where i find it.
I have this speedo, which I bought in the US. I wonder if it originally came from Mexico? http://mmb.maverick.to/showpost.php?p=591287&postcount=28
If you refer to the parts nr on the speedo and not the cluster, its the D2DF 17265 N! I have 2 of them at home with the 220kmh and theyre both mexican! So i would say yours is too!
It was a no-nothing car as many are in mexico, and i want to make it a heater/ defroster car, no ac! Do you have the core or the whole heater system?
thinking about the heater system with the rotten metal parts, i decided to remake the metal parts from aluminum sheet metal. i cant give this heater back, chances to find another heater soon is little and chances that the other heater looks the same (a mexican one) is really big. so i will measure as good as i can from the rotten pieces and make some drawings to fabricate them in the machine shop of a friend. anyone already has some measurements of these pieces or could help me with the measurement my parts wont give me anymore???
I will try and help. Email me DIRECTLY (see below) with all the parts you need, pictures would help, and I will see what I have. I have some boxes I am parting out.
i found some time cleaning all the heater parts and preparing the cluster. found a base that is in good shape, so i cleaned all parts and started painting it white for better lighting. i will use white LEDs for all the dummy lights and green LEDs for the instrument lighting. plus the speedo and fuel gauge needle will be painted bright green, so everything will go with the car color...
