Here's a link: http://www.streetortrack.com/Street-or-Track-Front-Coilover-System-pr-24491.html Hopefully, I'll be picking up the rest of the pieces while I'm at the swap in Columbus, then, we'll know that the rest of it all fits. Combined with the 1 1/8" front sway bar, combined with my rack & pinion set up, it should be pretty sweet.
I like their 3 link rear suspension set up too. Hmm...The sprint would be LOTS of fun with the front and rear set ups on it. Would take some custom tailoring to fit a mav though for the rear.
Since the weather is changing, I was a little worried about the bare metal, even with the heat on in the garage.. So I decided to smell myself up, along with the garage (for days)
One side done, all the paint stripped, and epoxied..now I just need to fix the hinge, and put the door back on.
Stripped the paint off the driverside fender, fixed up the repair I made awhile ago, and sealed it up with epoxy before I do any body work. I guess the cowl will be next..
Summers over....time to shuffle the cars around, and get stared on the project again....I can't wait, I have a boat load of parts I bought over the summer..
Very Nice Dave! I have been watching your new resto thread for awhile, and it is looking fantastic. I like how you are stripping what areas you can, that way you may only have to have the harder to reach areas blasted later. I am gearing up for the next phase of my resto, and watching you tackle another project keeps my motivation up.
After my California car..I swore Id never buy another car with rust...but who would think a car from Arkansas would be rusty...Just makes me feel a little better not restoring this one to stock.
