    to Drew today.
took the Mav for a drive down to Drews to give him a set of...rear Crown Vic E-brake cables...that I modded for his read disc brakes on his mav.
anyone doing this rear disc swap and would like to run the stock E-brake system, shoot me a PM...

Is the rear disk convert worth the effort over the large 11" drums?

serviceability and looks :)cool: factor) main reasons...:thumbs2:
cheaper than replacing 2 new rear drums.
if you would like to go with these...send me your Comet outer E-brake cables and the Crown Vic. inner ones and for the return shipping I will make you a set of disc brake E-cables to hook to your stock system. as a matter of fact...I will extend this offer to anyone that would need a set.
I could also send instructions on how it's done. (cut cables to length, put ends on cables)...:thumbs2:
:hmmm: may do a tech article...:bouncy:

Thks for the offer Frank! I think for the nr future I will be staying w/ the 10" drums. The little driving I do, the drums will probably last the rest of my driving days..:D Also, I still have the stock mag type wheels w/ beauty rings so - looks is not a factor. I will keep the offer in mind in case I decide to go that route..

with the # of people doing this swap soon maybe you should do the tech article.
I have stalled out right now  but that is still at the top of my list when things settle down. but it never hurts to gather info ahead of time.
