    For some reason, my wife and I like the front grille area. For some odd reason, the colored bumpers and the blacked out grille, minus the hood lip trim, does something odd, but pleasing, to the front end.

    Can't put my finger on exactly what it is, but we both commented on it.

    The yellow is nice, too.

    He boxed the grill area, balancing the top and bottom. I bet a lot of thought went into that, sketched it, planned it, thought about it. I don't think that was happenstance. I think it looks outstanding!!!

    What did they change? Looks like a stock valance to me. Without the black around the headlights, changes the look.

    I figured it was a 73 valence. No hood trim. Did he do more than that?

    Dave, what year valence is in your photo? Looks the same to me...lines up right with the inside of the headlights.
