It is looking good! What clear did you use on the car?

 

The speaker enclose is fiberglassed, smoothed out, and ready to be covered.

 

I am looking forward to seeing that in the car. Curious to see how it looks and fits. Nice job on it.

Yep! Both of those 6x9's and two 4 inchers in the dash.

 

One of the most amazing projects on the site. I can't believe it only took me 2 hrs to get this far

Where, in the dash, are the 4 inchers going?

 

They are right next to each other in the center of the dash. A bracket was built that holds both speakers that attaches to the stock bracket and bolts right up to the stock location.

 

That's got me thinking, since I am removing all of my dash controls to the left of the cluster and installing everything in some sort of a console between the seats - 2 nice round speakers might just come into play at either end of the dash now

Did you use cans or did you roll up sheet metal? I never finished some gauge holders I started. I found some cans that the gauges fit.. I named them Cannons lol
