    DROVE IT!!!

First time in almost a year while I cut out the front end and swapped in new power rack and pinion mustang II kit.

Also got quotes on alignment and hooking the exhaust back up, so should be street legal by the end of the week!

I started the assembly of my long block, only to hit a road block that stopped me dead in my tracks... My OE 50oz balancer has such a deep center that the thrust bearing and nut on the install tool is inside the center so no wrench will ever work... I have to buy a Lisle tool for $90 bucks, It is the only tool that comes with the spacer needed to get the job done... I also have to redo my timing cover because i had to leave it loose until I got my balancer on because this cover doesn't use centering dowels... The RTV cured while trying to find a tool, so it has to be striped and redone when my tool arives...

Nice job - it is a similar problem with my Hurst V-Gate shifter that it takes up a lot of tunnel to mount :)
