Ok,wow,I have a million questions for Mr.Parrish.I will start with is that a 69-70 mustang front air dam??? and where did you get the backlite louvers???And last for now but not least.Did the air dam fit without modification???

      Hi,
The front air dam was purchased from MAS Racing and it is made specifically for the Maverick. They fit okay until you get to the ends. They do leave a little space on each end. It's not really very noticeable but I don't like it. I didn't have to modify it at all. The part sells for $49.95 I believe plus shipping. I hear a couple guys on the board say they used a 69 Shelby spoiler and it supposedly fits better. I'll have to see it with my own eyes.
The rear louvers is also a Maverick specific part. They were sold by JC Whitney years ago and the company that made them is long out of business. There are a few sets floating around out there but they are very rare and VERY hard to find. I lucked up and found these on eBay about 4 years ago.
If you do a search on the board, you'll find several threads on both of these items as they are talked about quite often.
      Hope that helps, Ray

Ray, your maverick has the stance that i would like mine to have. What type front and rear suspension do have? And, what size rear wheels and tires do you have? Your car looks outstanding.

      Hi...welcome to the board!
My car has stock leaf springs in the rear and 6 cyl springs in the front. The rear tires are 275/60R15 which is the biggest tire you can get in these cars and it's necessary to roll the inner lip in on the qtr panel to keep from cutting the tire. I still get a little rubbing, especially if I have any passengers. The rear wheels are 10X15 Centerlines with 4.5 backspace. Thanks for the compliments. Hope to see you around the board more often. Lots of great guys here and beautiful cars. :)

WOw.....this may possibly be the most badass picture of two cars I've seen in a while. I just hope my Mav looks as good as yours one day.
