      How do you like the Cooper Cobra tires? I got 235/60/15 on 15x7s, 3.89 welded 9 inch, Lakewood slappers, maybe 250 rwhp, and they make lotsa noise, but they don't seem to supply much traction. Still trying to follow 500 mile instructions: no hard braking, cornering, or acceleration. Hard to do! A few more miles to go and then I can start playing with tire pressures. We'll see then!

      you are correct they don't hook up worth a shit, I have 245/60/15 on rear. I have a full roller 5.0 with the 351 firing order at around 325 hp, heavy duty completely rollerized racing C4 with 2800-3000 stall converter, 8"rear 3:00 with grizzly trac loc and lake-wood slappers. I am unaware of the 500 mile thing but have 1600 miles logged so far. gets really squirrely
