and does the original shifter lever have to be facing down? I turned it 180 for a floor shifter kinda lost here

my cable that goes into this is hitting my cross member any way around...
no I was tryin to use the shifter pinto with the pinto linkage.....but it wouldn't go into park for some reason.......but I got the c4 bracket for...

so this did fit? need to get one for my 73 and if it did gonna order it asap!!
