i just finished installing the 3rd brake light on the Mav:bananaman the only problem i had- was trying to do it in the 110 degree heat
My '73 4 door has one someone ghetto rigged on it also. Funny thing is, my grandpa said it was the only brake light that worked when he followed me home.
I definitely want to put something like that in the 74 I drive on the road quite a bit. I found this one on eBay ... I have asked for exact dimensions. I'm thinking maybe it will fit on the small ledge at the base of the rear window on a 2-door. I would get the clear lens with red LED's so you wouldn't really even notice it until brake light came on It is 15 inches long and looks like maybe an 1 inch wide .... Yeah ... I just don't want to screw up my spoiler though ... I thought the same thing ... Yeah, those LEDs look cool. Does anyone know how to put those in Bobcat taillights to make the other side functional?...
T.L. i put 2057 bulbs in both sides of mine. that gives me two (2) turn on each side and four (4) brake lights....frank...
