The only good manuals to get are the real Ford Service manuals. Costs more but the information, pictures, and step by step procedures for EVERY part on the car make them worth their weight in gold. Doh! I've been reading this and didn't realize hellschevelle lived in Dallas. I live in Mesquite. I did realize that there were that many mavericks around here.
Try using the muffler shop in downtown Mesq.. I think it's Mikes... They have done all of my exhaust work since i've been driving. They also do repairs. The guys there are really nice and are still in business, so they must do good work for others as well lol.
It truly is a small world. I found the shop you took it to, and crazy thing is I told a couple people that I seen a green Maverick at a shop. I though it was one of the workers because it was in one spot for a while.
