Hood bolts

    anybody know what thread the hood bolts on a maverick are? Thanks!!

    Just about all the body bolts are the same whether it is a fender bolt or the ones that hold the hinge. They generally just vary in length.

    You get into a smaller bolt for ancillary items such as the bumper filler panel, the hood latch assembly and the lower valance.

    yep.. The bolts are 5/16. You'll also want to be careful and not get them too long or they will push a dent into the top of the hood as you tighten them down. An inch or slightly longer is plenty.
