I currently have 2 drag cars right now. 1978 Mustang II 521 CI 5.61 @ 122 Super Pro Class 2560lbs 1972 Maverick 466 CI 6.45 @ 105 Pro class 2407 lbs Currently my little woman runs the maverick. I built it for my dream car and did such a good job the car has won a walley, been 3rd in points, and I can't get the car away from her now. So I will probably be in the market to build another or purchase if the price is right. I am located in London, KY and have a part time chassis/fabrication shop. Any one need any chassis work done over the winter??
Sounds great! I wish I could get some chassis work done on my Grabber but I keep telling myself it's just a street car. I have gone a personal best of 6.97 @ 91, running a 347 stroker, toploader, 4:30 gears on a mini spool...with stock axles and leaf springs, Cal-Tracs. Been pretty lucky so far. Only broke one mini-spool. Maybe one day when I get tired of the car shows I may put an a/t in it and go racing for real.
