Rear springs

    A buddy is giving me his rear springs from a 65 Mustang. They lower the rear 3 inches. Question: Are these springs a direct bolt in to a 73 Maverick? Question: Is cutting the front coil springs down a good solution to lowering the front of my Maverick?

    Mustang springs wont fit. Cutting the front springs is acceptable but dont cut too much a lot of people use 6 cylinder springs to lower the car
