Sorry but I find this funny. ITs such a non issue. Most on here are well within the rules just because they have some common sense and tact. Most on here are good people who dont need to read a list of rules to know how to interact with others. Relax guys....

I will add that by a non issue I mean the complaining about the rules. I wanted to clarify that.

I will tell you from first hand experience that you will always have those peopel that need rules put in place because they can only think in black and white. What some of us think is common sense others can not. They must have guidelines set for them.

I have an employee at work that I manage who is that way. The funny part is I have to answer all is questions with a ruling and not by common sense. For example he would ask how many people can take a day off at one time. My answer to him is one technician can request vacation per day end of story. The things is he is the type of individual if I said one or more depending on the situation like if he we are slow I would allow two to three technicians off at one time he would minipulate each situation to fit what he would want. He is the type that will work the system in every occasion just to do it. So for people like him you must set black and white boundries.

THe moderators here have always done a great job of not letting things ever get out of hand. They have asked you to all report any questionable posts and they will look into it. It is very important that we as members do this. They are only a few moderators and they do not have the time to read each and every post to police what is posted. It is our responsibility to help them.

For the most part the members on this site are great and are always willing to help. Some can come across harsh but once you get to know their personalities by what they post or talking with them. They are usually trying to have harmless fun and keep things light on here.

Sorry for babbling on, but I just want to say is to some it is common sense and to others it is a set of rules that must be posted or they would stray off on their own tangent and when confronted they would say that they were never told.

If "Common sense" was so common then why is it only 1 in 100000 posses it?
Should be called uncommon sense. I have no clue whats been said in this thread but I will read it later. :yup:
I have now read them all... crispy cream sakes! glad I don't cuss often... :) but now I want to every other word... oh bother.
