I bought a power steering pump from o reily auto and the 302 pump they gave me has a 1/2 or 9/16 thread size or so. So i bought a new pressure line from auto zone and the part that threads onto the pump is about a 3/8 size, i ordered one for the 302 and its the same size as the one for my 250 i6. So i was wondering is the pump off in size or is the line not the correct size.

Im also having an issue with my hoses fitting my power steer pump. I know there are o ring style pumps and flare style pumps. Did you make sure your year hose and pump match? There are three types of pumps I know of.
